Danze della Contessa is a white wine made in Bonsegna winery, produced from Chardonnay grapes cultivated in the Salento area. Wine produced with a circulation of 25.000 bottles per year. This wine is made when after the night harvest of the grapes, there is a soft pressing of carefully selected grapes, with immediate thermal blast chilling of the must, and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18 degrees. Wine not aged in wood barrel.
Danze della Contessa chardonnay has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, offers floral and fresh fruit scents on the nose, revealing good balance between savory minerality and correct acidity on the sip.
