The Birth of an Italian Dream
The history of our company began in September 2022, when Gaylord and his wife participated in a Wine Tour in Puglia, organized by me, Stefano.
During the visit to the wineries, Gaylord realized the incredible quality of the wines produced in southern Puglia, and chatting with me, we all thought that it would be fantastic to be able to collaborate together to bring to the USA the authentic wines produced by small wineries in Italy.
So Gaylord, once he returned to the USA, began together with Stefano, who continues to work from Italy, to organize the first steps to set up the American company, and finally a year later in October 2023 the Italian company was born Craft Wine Importers of Michigan.
